In Huatai, the large production plant covering 12 thousand m2 for the plastic molding equipment has allowed for a large annual production capacity of 600 sets. To ensure the machine quality, all of the processing devices are from trustworthy suppliers, for example, we have introduced CNC machining tools both from Mazak (Japan) and Haitian Precision to process the machine accessories.

In 2008, we played a major in drafting the Safety Requirements for Rubber & Plastic Injection Molding Machine (GB22530-2008).
In 2010, as the main drafting unit, Huatai drew up the General Technical Conditions for Rubber & Plastic Injection Molding Machine (GB25432-2010).
In 2010, we drafted the Testing Methods for Plastic Injection Press (GB/T25155-2010) as the primary drafting unit.
In 2010, we were selected to be a major drafting part to draw up the Safety Requirements for Plate Vulcanizing Machine (GB/T25156-2010).
In 2010, we took a major part in drafting the Standards for Plate Vulcanizing Machine (GB/T25157-2010).
