2. Stable and precise molding machine injection system
● The rubber injection molding machine is suitable for feeding and injection of rubber with different hardness.
● It has high-resolution displacement sensor to ensure precise and stable injection volume.
● It has reasonable injection runner so that it can minimize the volume of residual rubber and the loss of injection pressure.
3. Clamping unit with high strength and high efficiency
● The deformation is less than 0.10mm in case of load.
● The system can realize mold clamping rapidly through the help of two auxiliary hydro-cylinders.
● It has an efficient and simple exhaust which can ensure complete discharge of the gas produced by vulcanization.
● The molds can be always adjusted in low speed during the whole process so that the mold adjustment is more precise and safer.

It adopts variable plunger pump from Bosch Rexroth which can reduce the power and cooling water consumption up to 20%-50%.
