Application

The XLB-V series rubber compression molding press is used in vulcanization process of producing various rubber seals with natural rubber, synthetic rubber and silicone rubber.

Features

1. There are two types to choose from: single base and double base.

2. Three optional control systems
The machines produced by Huatai are equipped with three kinds of effective computer control system: Siemens, Techmation and Mitsubishi. The icons of these systems are easy to understand, so that the operators can know the operation and production process in real time. This increase production efficiency.

3. The control system has three optional languages: Chinese, English and Japanese.

4. It has optional upper and bottom patting plates so that the finished molds can be ejected completely. The upper turning plate has a flap angle up to 45°. The angle is adjustable with this range.

The product is CE certified. It is also exported to Russia, Ukraine, Japan, India.

Customization

After-sale service

Calculated from the date of shipment, our machine has a guarantee period of one year, which means we will provide free machine parts to replace the broken ones during this period.

Our company stocks consumable machine parts. You can either choose to ship with the machine or to deliver by express in case of need.

All of our after-sale service staff have more than 10 years of experience in this field. Meanwhile, they are familiar with our machines. And they also have applied for visas in several regions. So, if you have demands, we can arrange a specialist to go to our customers' location for installation and debugging until the machine can run properly.
