Application

Features

1. It can do self-fault diagnosis and alarm by making a sound in time. It can also automatically refuse wrong operation and then provide corresponding text instructions. It will also automatically record the production data.

2. There are three optional computer control systems to meet customers' needs: Siemens, Techmation and Mitsubishi.

3. Stable and precise molding machine injection system
● The rubber injection molding machine is suitable for feeding and injection of rubber with different hardness.
● It has high-resolution displacement sensor to ensure precise and stable injection volume.
● It has reasonable injection runner so that it can minimize the volume of residual rubber and the loss of injection pressure.

4. Clamping unit with high strength and high efficiency
● The deformation is less than 0.10mm in case of load.
● The system can realize mold clamping rapidly through the help of two auxiliary hydro-cylinders.
● It has an efficient and simple exhaust which can ensure complete discharge of the gas produced by vulcanization.
● The molds can be always adjusted in low speed during the whole process so that the mold adjustment is more precise and safer.

Customization

3. The parts of the machine can be designated.
4. You can change the technical parameters: platen size, clamping force, injection volume etc. Among them, the clamping force can be 270KN-2500KN.

Calculated from the date of shipment, our machine has a guarantee period of one year, which means we will provide free machine parts to replace the broken ones during this period.

Our company stocks consumable machine parts. You can either choose to ship with the machine or to deliver by express in case of need.

All of our after-sale service staff have more than 10 years of experience in this field. Meanwhile, they are familiar with our machines. And they also have applied for visas in several regions.
